These are the Games I've played today (08-10-10) for the Playstation game consoles.
Here's a vid from Youtube user Elbryan42 of the game in action:
The Soldier of Fortune series has always been a pretty straightforward FPS series. It's not a thinking man's shooter. It uses gore as a gimmick, but gore aside, it's a pretty good FPS IMO. It doesn't rewrite the book on anything, and most gamers will find it to be unspectacular, and bland, but I like the series, and I like this game. I can understand the complaints of people who don't. The PS2 port obviously doesn't have the online Multiplayer of the PC version, but there is some bot deathmatch action to be had.
This is actually one of the few PS2 FPS games that support the use of a USB keyboard and mouse for play.

Final Doom (PS1)-
I recently picked this one up. As I stated previously, the PS1 ports of Doom and Final Doom are two of the best Doom ports to consoles. They added new colored lighting, and ambient music tracks. The most important part is, they retain the great gameplay of the PC games. The difference with Final Doom, is that it doesn't have all the levels of the PC original. In fact 13 of the levels are actually from the Master levels of Doom II. That being said, the game is still awesome to play. Here's a vid from Youtube user Elbryan42 of the game in action:
