This is the Playstation system game I played for 08-19-10.
Though not a part of the King's Field series, it essentially is King's Field. Similar gameplay and mechanics in this game, and similar complaints. It's slow paced, but actually runs faster than King's Field 2 does. The only downside is there is no sprint in the game. There also is no music except on the title screen.
The game also starts out as a more difficult game. I'm not sure if it gets easier or harder as time goes on. Today was my first time aside form when I tested it after buying it, that I put some good playtime into this game.
I was mainly just going to post game footage of the game up, and that's my main reason for playing it, but I got caught up in it for a few hours. Again, not for everyone, but if you're the open-minded sort, give this one a try.
Here is a vid of the game in action that I posted earlier today:
As for the rest of my night, I'm going to spend it playing Snes games I bought on my Illinois trip months ago, but have been too caught up with other things to play.
Shadow Tower (PS1)-
